After successful editions at Princeton, Berkeley, Chicago, Cornell Tech, Rutgers University, and York University, the PrivaCI Symposium is being organised for the first time in Europe (Brussels). It will take place in Brussels on May 19-20, 2025, and is organised by imec-SMIT, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and Brussels Privacy Hub!
The symposium aims to foster interaction among diverse communities of research and practice, using Contextual Integrity to reason about privacy, design and evaluate privacy policies, craft regulatory frameworks, and generate formal logics for privacy.
PrivaCI accepts extended abstracts, real-world cases, use cases, and position papers by February 14, 2025. We encourage submissions from diverse disciplinary sources, methods, and contributions, including:
- Empirical studies (qualitative, quantitative, experimental)
- Legal, social, philosophical, ethical, and policy analysis
- System design and/or implementations
- Combinations of the above
We will have a few spots available for non-presenting participants. See you in May! See more information at https://privaci.info/symposium/2025/cfp.html
