Dr. Stergios Fotopoulos

Stergios Fotopoulos is a press and communication administrator at the Council of the EU and has a PhD in Media and Communication Studies from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels, Belgium. He graduated in media and communication from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, and holds a MA in European studies from the KU Leuven, Belgium, and a MA in communication from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels, Belgium. He has also worked as an information and communication agent at the European Commission.
