Biography
Francesca holds a Master's degree in Social and Economic Sciences. She is is a PhD student whose research focuses on the influence of food media and marketing on food consumption, with a specific focus on meat and dairy marketing in Belgium over the past century. Through an interdisciplinary approach that integrates insights from history and consumer behavior, she aims to shed light on how dietary narratives, driven by food marketing, influence consumer perceptions and behaviors, contributing to a more nuanced understanding of dietary choices and public discourse on dietary matters in Belgium.
