Wim Cloots

Wim holds a Master degree in Modern History (KULeuven) and followed postgraduates in International and European Law (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) and Business Administration (VLEKHO). Before SMIT, Wim worked mainly for the International Red Cross as a program manager and head of mission in various countries and finally as head of international operations of the Belgian Red Cross. 

Wim joined SMIT as Operations Manager in 2014 and is since responsible for the overall business and operational management of SMIT, including HR, budgets and finance, workforce planning and internal processes and organisation.
