We are looking for participants for a mini focus group study on the use of digital communication screens (also known as digital signage) in Duty Free stores at the airport.
Digital communication screens, or digital signage, is a form of digital communication used to inform people (customers, visitors, passersby) through digital screens. The aim of our study is to find out how this type of digital communication can be made more relevant and informative for its audience.
Through a mini focus group, we want to gather your honest opinion. There are no right or wrong answers: we are primarily interested in your viewpoint. Your answers will be processed anonymously.
What can you expect?
- An informal group discussion with a maximum of three other participants.
- The interview takes around 1 hour.
- No special preparation is required; we will guide the conversation with open questions.
- All answers remain confidential and will be used solely for research purposes.
- In return for your time, you will receive a €20 Bol.com gift card.
