Maaike Ven

Maaike holds two master’s degrees in ‘Communication Sciences: Strategic Communication’ (2022) and ‘Organisation and Management’ (2023) from the University of Antwerp. She is a PhD researcher at Hasselt University and Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Her doctoral research combines two fascinating topics, namely, immersive technologies (AR and VR) and online consumer behavior. She delves into the impact of these innovative technologies to enhance imaginary touch in online retail stores.
